            Delegate Kurcaba moves to amend the Committee Substitute for House Bill 2704 on page 20, section 8, line 10, by striking the words,

“In addition, services for which a professional license is required and which are provided by corporations, regardless of whether such corporations are professional or business are subject to the consumers sales and service tax imposed by this article and the use tax imposed by article fifteen-a of this chapter” and inserting the words, “Apart from the foregoing professional occupations, this tax shall not apply to the provision of professional services, for which a professional license or certification is required, which were not subject to the tax prior to the amendments of this article in the 2016 Regular Session of the Legislature.”
